Job Summary Artisan Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Engineering Technician I to join our diverse, team-oriented company that is customer focused and employee driven. The selected candidates will join our team of exceptionally dedicated professionals in an exciting, fast-paced, highly successful company that provides engineering solutions for very complex DoD weapon systems. Responsibilities and Duties: Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical systems Diagnose and repair for test failures Repair and re-test of failures Data gathering for root cause analysis Qualifications and Skills: *Associates Degree in electronics or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, or work experience. *Military experience preferred. *Knowledge of electrical codes and best practices *Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams *Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite *Experience with basic hand and power tools *Experience with diagnostic tools *Strong analytical and problem solving skills *1-3 years of directly related experience in Engineering and Electronics support *J-STD-001 or IPC 7711/7721 solder certification preferred *Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance if required Company Benefits and Perks: Health insurance information or health benefits 401k contributions and matching Tuition reimbursement Generous time-off policy Company culture and company activities Career growth opportunities
