Banner Quality Management Inc. (BQMI) is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support the Property Management Division at NSWC Crane in Crane, Indiana. The selected candidate will join the Property Management team and provide essential warehouse and material management support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform material receipt, issue, Care of Supply in Storage (COSIS), and disposal actions in accordance with Navy regulations.
- Maintain accountability and control of materials through receipt, storage, inventory, issue, and disposal following Navy supply procedures.
- Operate Government‑provided Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required.
- Conduct COSIS activities including re‑warehousing, rotating stock, replacing fallen items, and managing shelf‑life requirements.
- Maintain an orderly and systematic storage layout to support efficient inventory, receipt processing, and material issue.
- Provide monthly material reports in Navy ERP following Navy reporting processes.
- Re‑warehouse stock from various locations to designated storage areas in accordance with Navy warehouse policies.
- Pull material for issue within required timeframes:
- IPG 1–3: within four (4) working hours
- All others: within one (1) working day
- Monitor and manage Type I and Type II shelf‑life items using Navy ERP tools.
- Track and analyze material movements to ensure accurate accountability.
- Assist the Government dispatcher with material movement requests.
- Determine appropriate routing and delivery schedules based on property type and urgency.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections per inspection guidelines.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance
- General computer proficiency.
- Must be able to lift 50 or more pounds.
Experience/Education:
- High School or equivalent.
- Warehouse experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate material accountability.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures with minimal supervision.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet time-sensitive warehouse and material movement requirements.
- Works effectively as part of a team and communicates professionally with customers, supervisors, and coworkers.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, adaptability, and initiative in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Maintains a safety-focused mindset and takes responsibility for proper handling, storage, and movement of materials.
This is a SCA nonexempt position governed by the Area Wage Determination that has been put into place via the BOSS task order from NAVsea.
