- Draft process and engineering documents: Software Version Description (SVD), Software Development Plan (SDP), Change Control Board (CCB), System Level Design Process (SLDP), Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
- Provide information and build reports to enable real-time decisions leading to on-time delivery of scheduled software releases.
- Document meeting minutes and decisions/outcomes.
- Review CDRLs for grammar, formatting, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
- Assist in documentation control with the software configuration management specialist
- Assist in integrated master schedule development and updates
- Gather and format monthly status reports for CDRL delivery
- Data entry
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (business, engineering, technical) preferred
- 3+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated DoD technical writing experience
- Ability to leverage experience and knowledge to draft and review technical and process documents
- Must be detail-oriented with strong communication skills
