The Opportunity:
As a CACI-SOAS Intelligence Management Specialist, you will employ intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoD. Mission areas for Intelligence Planner assistance include, but not limited to, development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (]OPES). Additionally, you may assist planners with red teaming, and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process.
Responsibilities:
You may provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFls, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities; creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
Qualifications:
- Desired Experience: Minimum 8years of experience conducting intelligence management support with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years providing direct support to intelligence activities (targeting, collection, operational plans).
- Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Understanding of JP 2-0, JP 3-40, JP 3-25, ICD 203, and ICD 206.
- Minimum two years’ experience providing operational support to one or more SOF units or commands.
- Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations assigned to a SOF unit.
- Minimum of five years of experience with the military planning cycle and tactical ground operations.
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Ability to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
- Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
- You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Desired:
- Desired Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience conducting intelligence management support with at least a portion of the experience within the last 5 years providing direct support to intelligence activities (targeting, collection, operational plans).
- Desired Education: Master’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- More than five years of experience at tactical formations, SMU, SOTF, and higher.
- Recent deployment experience supporting CWMD, CP, Attack the Network, CT, or C-IED operations.
- Prior experience working directly with IA, IC, or coalition partners.
- CI Polygraph
- Expert understanding of JP 2-0, JP 3-40, JP 3-25, ICD 203, and ICD 206.
