Job Description:

CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Group is seeking a SAP S/4 Data Conversion Lead interested in growing their career with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) team! NCAPS is an effort to consolidate current application support and transform IT capability delivery across the NASA enterprise including general IT, customer support, information management, and mission support systems.

The Opportunity:

CACI is actively seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Data Conversion expert to lead and support the S/4 migration for a large US Government Agency. You will leverage SAP S/4 HANA conversion experience to lead the data team through the scope, extraction, mapping, and loading of both the master data sets & transactional data sets from multiple sources into SAP system through the project phases and go-live. You will support the client on data planning, strategy, and execution along with collaborating with stakeholders to define the data migration requirements, scope, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

Leverage SAP S/4 HANA conversion experience, both industry, and process, on design issues supporting process team members across agile teams Lead the data team through the scope, extraction, mapping, and loading of both the master data sets & transactional data sets from multiple sources into SAP system through the project phases and go-live. Support client on data planning, strategy, and execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data migration requirements, scope, and timelines. Manage the development and testing activities for the data migration process for S/4 HANA implementation. Lead and manage end-to-end data migration project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP implementation strategies. Recommend and utilize tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration. Develop and implement data migration plans, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes. Coordinate with technical teams to design and optimize data migration processes and workflows. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the migration process. Document data migration processes, methodologies, and lessons learned for future reference. Execution of automated data loads via SAP or other automated tools.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years relevant experience (education/experience substitution can be considered) Proven experience in an S/4 HANA transformation utilizing various tools: LSMW, LTMC / Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, and other tools. Overall experience of 8-12 years as a data conversion lead for at least 5-6 full life-cycle SAP implementations including S/4. Experience with the Universal Journal – mapping from SPL95 to ACDOCA Strong understanding of SAP modules and data structures (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Conducted data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and identify issues prior to migration.
