The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing, capacity analysis, and process improvement. This role will be crucial in optimizing our production processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency in capacity analysis, time studies, and data analysis
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools
- Experience with layout design and interpretation
- Skilled in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management
- Ability to create and interpret Integrated Master Schedules
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Willingness to travel 25%, typically one week per month
Desired
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Experience with earned value management

The proposed salary range for this position is:
