Job Description:


The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing, capacity analysis, and process improvement. This role will be crucial in optimizing our production processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Proficiency in capacity analysis, time studies, and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools
  • Experience with layout design and interpretation
  • Skilled in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management
  • Ability to create and interpret Integrated Master Schedules
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
  • Willingness to travel 25%, typically one week per month

Desired

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
  • Experience with earned value management
