The Opportunity:

CACI has established upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Quality Assurance (QA)/Risk Manager, Senior. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains the EMITS 2 quality management guidance that describes the appropriate quality (e.g., quality control, quality assurance evaluations) and risk management methodologies to accomplish program requirements

  • Leads the quality oversight of deliverables and services (including of subcontractors), collaborating with the MP Ops Manager, MPLs, and MP project teams to ensure quality assurance and quality controls (e.g., inspections) are in place to eliminate quality escapes

  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of CACI’s Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015 requirements

  • Supports weekly technical meetings, program management reviews, and other meetings to discuss performance monitoring, risk items and mitigation strategies, and status of corrective actions

  • Develops, manages, and maintains a root cause corrective action process to analyze quality or risk issues and develop solutions that eliminate the defects or unacceptable performance

  • Supports risk review meetings to ensure quality assurance activities are considered in mitigation plans

  • Contributes to development and/or maintenance of deliverables, such as the Quality Management Plan (DEL 07)

  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments

  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

  • May supervise others

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI

  • BA/BS + 8 12

  • Requires a seasoned experienced professional with comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001:2015 requirements, risk and mitigation management, and preferably DoD contract performance standards.

  • Demonstrates expertise in developing and maintaining quality and risk management guidance for complex, multi-site programs. Possesses strong leadership skills to oversee quality of deliverables and services, including subcontractor work.

  • Exhibits proficiency in implementing quality assurance and control measures, root cause analysis, risk identification and mitigation, and corrective action processes.

  • Shows ability to contribute to risk mitigation planning and development of key deliverables such as Quality Management Plans. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, with potential supervisory responsibilities.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills for participating in technical meetings, program reviews, and cross-functional collaborations.

  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
