The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Finance Lead, SME. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Responsibilities:
• Leads and manages EMITS 2 financial operations in accordance with DoD and Army financial processes, required analysis, and reporting requirements, including support for transition-in
• Reports all contractor and subcontractor labor hours required for performance of services provided under this contract
• Attends and participates in weekly technical status meetings to provide financial status of the program and projects
• Provides financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting, and decision-making and overall delivery of financial commitments
• Responsible for all program financials, including management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, all forecasting and internal reporting, and invoice preparation, review, and submission
• Develops and manages travel and purchasing processes and procedures to ensure requests follow the AAS-approved Travel Authorization Request (TAR) and Request to Initiate Purchase (RIP) processes, including quality control checks
• Supports the development of annual operating plans and forecasts and supports monthly, quarterly, and annual updates
• Develops financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with Government and customer requirements
• Monitors progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met
• Analyzes costs by MP and CLIN, makes recommendations regarding cost savings, and develops accurate and timely monthly performance reports for MPLs and MP projects
• Contributes to development and/or maintenance of deliverables, such as financial status and analysis for the Monthly Status Report (DEL 04), Trip Reports (DEL 06), and Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) Reconciliation (DEL 15)
• Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge on multiple complex work assignments
• Mentors other finance personnel
• Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
• Possesses comprehensive domain and technical knowledge
• Supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Secret Clearance with the ability to retain
BA/BS degree with +12 years of relevant experience
Demonstrates comprehensive mastery of financial operations, with particular emphasis on complex program financials and reporting requirements preferably in DoD and Army environments.
Possesses extensive knowledge of cost analysis, forecasting, and financial control systems, ensuring compliance with government and customer requirements across multiple projects.
Exhibits strategic expertise in financial planning, decision-making support, and performance monitoring for large-scale government contracts.
Showcases advanced proficiency in developing and managing travel and purchasing processes, as well as creating sophisticated financial reports and deliverables.
Excels at mentoring finance personnel and supervising financial management teams across diverse project assignments.
Applies technical expertise to high-impact financial tasks, contributing to critical program deliverables and optimizing cost-saving strategies.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
