We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Business Intelligence Analyst, Journeyman. This position is in support of the USAEUR Mission Partner the PP&P located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Supports design, development, and maintenance of interactive Business Intelligence (BI) systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and other intelligence-related reports and dashboards in support of USAREUR-AF and MP data and information systems services
Supports creation and maintenance of efficient data models to support reporting and analytics, enabling data-centric operations that provide a decisive military advantage
Performs data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tasks to ensure data is ready for analysis, helping to characterize, shape, and normalize the data
Supports writing and optimizing Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) formulas to create calculated columns, measures, and custom calculations for advanced data analysis
Supports integration of data from databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and other platforms into BI systems for analysis
Supports troubleshooting and optimization of performance of reports, dashboards, and data models
Works closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and end users to understand data needs
Ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality of data used in reports and dashboards
Maintains thorough documentation for BI system reports, dashboards, and data models
Supports management of version control for BI system reports and dashboards
Supports resolution of issues with BI system reports, data sources, or performance problems
Develops automated processes for data refreshes, report distribution, and alerts
Works with program teams to ensure seamless integration of BI systems with organizational data systems
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain it
BA/BS +4-7 year’s experience
Certification - 8140 - CND
Demonstrates proficiency in BI tools and techniques, with focus on Power BI and Tableau in military or Government contexts.
Possesses solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and DAX formulas, supporting accurate and efficient data analysis across organizational structures.
Exhibits competence in integrating various data sources and assisting in the creation of interactive dashboards for decision-making.
Shows capability in supporting BI system performance optimization, troubleshooting data issues, and developing automated processes for data refreshes, training end users, documentation development, and report distribution.
Displays strong collaborative skills, working effectively with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into effective BI solutions and working with program teams for systems integration.
Applies technical expertise to contribute to data-centric operations that enhance military advantage.
Demonstrates proficiency in managing IT and communication system projects of small to medium complexity, preferably within Government or military settings.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$69,600 - 142,700 USD
