CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command (10th AAMDC) Mission Partner (MP) Lead/Data Science Lead, SME. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 USAREUR-AR - Mission Partner 10th AAMDC located in Sembach, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command (10AAMDC) requirements; responsible and accountable for contractual and technical performance, including content management efforts
Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions for 10AAMDC, including support for transition-in
Provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, including subcontractors, assigned to the 10AAMDC services team, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance of 10AAMDC requirements
Collaborates with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 standardized processes and procedures to meet 10AAMDC requirements
Architects and builds data capture, analysis, storage strategies, data preprocessing orchestration, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring across various environments
Provides advice on implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) best practices, procedures, and emerging and advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) Operations (AIOps) and Machine Learning (ML) Operations (MLOps)
Designs and manages the underlying infrastructure for data strategies, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and data storage solutions, and supports operations, maintenance, testing, sustainment, deployment, training, and change management efforts for KM
Assesses, designs, develops, pilots, and implements KM solutions and technologies (e.g., .NET applications, SharePoint with SQL) and KM training products, provides training, and develops effective techniques and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for organizing, applying, and transferring observations, insights, and lessons learned
Develops and refines KM artifacts and working products (e.g., SOPs, Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs), other documentation), ensures they are available and used throughout the 10AAMDC, assists with executing monthly KM working groups with staff and units, and ensures all enclaves of KM systems within 10AAMDC inventory are aligned with the SOPs
Attends, participates, and provides input to scheduled and ad hoc meetings, conferences, and briefings
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge
Supervises a team of 2 to 4 personnel
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret Clearance and be able to obtain an SCI
BA/BS +13 years recent experience
Certification - Approved DoD 8140 cyber-data science related certification
Exhibits extensive experience in technology and intelligence systems, preferably within air and missile defense domains for military and government organizations.
Demonstrates proven leadership skills in managing complex technical projects and diverse teams of engineers and contractors.
Possesses deep expertise in data architecture, cloud computing, and advanced analytics, including AI and machine learning operations.
Demonstrates mastery in assessing, designing, developing, piloting, refining, and implementing KM solutions, artifacts, work products (e.g., SOPs, KBAs), training materials, and technologies (e.g., SharePoint), including policy and governance development.
Shows mastery of knowledge management practices, including development of standard operating procedures and training programs.
Displays strong communication and collaboration abilities; adept at interfacing with military leadership and cross-functional teams.
Combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical skills to drive innovation and operational excellence, preferably in military intelligence and defense systems.
Demonstrates extensive experience in military IT project management, with expertise in complex systems, preferably C2 platforms like GCCS-J, GCCS-Army, and JADOCS.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of government procurement processes, export licensing, and international logistics for mission-critical systems.
Exhibits strong leadership skills, capable of directing large teams, managing subcontractors, and overseeing multiple high-impact assignments simultaneously.
Excels in developing and implementing project management strategies, including risk assessment, quality assurance, and adherence to government policies and standards.
Showcases proficiency in creating detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and critical path analyses for complex intelligence engineering solutions.
Displays mastery in stakeholder communication, providing regular progress updates and collaborating effectively with various teams and government entities in a military or government environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$99,300 - 208,600 USD
