Senior Program Analyst (Part Time)

The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Program Analyst with DoD/Federal Oracle ERP implementation experience. The candidate will be part of an Oracle EBS R12 Department of Defense (DoD) multi-customer solution. This position has direct customer interaction and leads the execution of program goals and objectives. You will learn the customer’s business firsthand and contribute to technology roadmaps that align customer requirements with industry advancements and next generation capabilities. This is a fast-paced work environment that supports business operations for DoD civilian agencies and military services.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the program manager and principal leads on CACI and program business activities.
- Participate in roadmap discussions and incorporate industry experience into solutions and proposed improvements.
- Lead efforts related to product market research, analysis of alternative (AoA), business case, demonstration, development, implementation, deployment, and sustainment.
- Support Oracle OCI cloud migration efforts.
- Provide recommendations based on long-term program strategy for enterprise level global model including major enhancements and customer implementations.
- Manage business modernization initiatives in support of a DoD shared-service ERP program objectives.
- Produce and present program documentation and briefings to PMO leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with seven years of DoD/Federal Oracle ERP implementation and sustainment experience.
- Experience interacting with all levels of Government program staff and Government customers.
- Experience implementing and supporting complex ERP solutions including Oracle EBS R12.
- Experience leading project oversight and execution of software design, development, and overall implementation and project management.
- Proficient authoring and presenting program solution documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to executive level positions.
- • Ability to extend support to other areas of a program besides the direct area of responsibility.
- Experience reviewing both functional and technical specifications• Experience with Help Desk management and ticket analysis.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation.
Desired skills:
- Experience with Agile Software Development methodology.
- Agile Scrum, ITIL certifications.
- Experience with DevSecOps best practices.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
