The Opportunity:

CACI has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly both written and verbally, and present products and ideas in a professional manner. The candidate will be required to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both business owners and project team members. The candidate must understand DoD cybersecurity requirements and 508 compliance rules. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and revising quality standards for life cycle, testing and maintenance standards.
  • Responsible for reviewing and revising software test standards and methods, conducting software tests, and reviewing and evaluating software products and services for adherence to government directives, standards, and guidelines.
  • Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for applications, products and services.
  • Develops, modifies and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing.
  • Assist Business Analysts with the development and verification of product requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 2+ years of Quality Assurance testing experience.
  • Current Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High initiative with ability to work independently under minimal supervision; must exercise sound judgment; high level of urgency with an operational focus.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and interfacing with business owners.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with OpenText’s Solutions Business Manager (SBM)
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and methodologies.
  • Current CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
