Overview
As the Product Master 1, Master Data Management (MDM) this role entails taking full ownership for roll-outs, adoptions, ongoing operations and extensions for Cook’s MDM solutions – Customer Data Management (for Party domains) and PIM (Product Information Management) for Product MDM. Key responsibilities for this role would include working closely with business stakeholders, Data Governance teams and with SI partners, as relevant, to roll-out additional capabilities and data sets to current data domains as well as strategy and implementation for future data domains
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Management
- Create buy-in and alignment for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop life cycle and marketing plans to communicate digital product strategies to the entire organization
- Define a set of high quality, cross-functional and simple digital products based on input, strategy and vision of IT and customers
- Develop detailed, professional business requirements that can be used to create digital product specifications and architecture
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among conflicting business priorities
Project Management & Execution
- Work closely with Project Managers and IT resource managers to ensure products meet commitments
- Directing, planning, organizing and coordinating with team members in cross functional settings.
Communication & Collaboration
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally throughout all levels of the global organization
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork across local and globally virtual teams

Qualifications
• 4 year degree; or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
• Experience with user-driven, digital and IT strategy
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
• Works under general office environment conditions
• Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, equipment, etc.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, subject to reasonable accommodation requirements under the ADA
• Requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences
• International and domestic travel as required
