Overview

CFC Properties, a Cook Group Company, specializes in historically and architecturally significant structures, consisting of commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality real estate.

The Breakfast Cook for the Grant Street Inn is responsible for preparing fresh breakfast 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

Part Time Schedule: Monday & Tuesday: 4:30am-12:30pm

• Plan and prepare daily breakfast menu, dependent on guest volume and dietary restrictions
• Monitor set-up and food service, replenish as needed
• Cleaning duties and upkeep of kitchen

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Prior kitchen experience required

• Cooking for groups of 20 or more preferred

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be comfortable and effective in a fast paced environment

• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others

• Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must maintain company quality standards

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk for long periods of time
• Ability to climb up and down stairs repeatedly, as well as bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling
• Able reach and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
