Overview

As an individual contributor, you will execute the regional marketing plan for the Aortic specialty in alignment with Cook Medical's mission, vision, and overall company priorities. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to implement the specialty vision and strategy, incorporating feedback from the field and customers to meet regional needs.
Location: Central US
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish, measure, and achieve business plan goals for the Aortic specialty and assigned geography.
- Support accelerating market adoption for the Aortic products.
- Provide product and market support, acting as the regional product champion/expert.
- Ensure consistent messaging for the Aortic specialty across regions.
- Support conversions with key customers and answer sales and customer questions.
- Assist with product launches, campaign planning, and execution.
- Deliver program-related field communications and present launch content at sales meetings.
- Collaborate on sales tools, messaging, and market updates for the field.
- Customize approaches for large accounts and actively engage CRM for communication and insights.
- Initiate focus campaigns with sales and develop relationships with SMEs to advance the specialty.
- Support ordering of congress materials and samples for regional or specialty shows.
- Manage delivery of marketing materials for reimbursement updates.
- Support sales training and develop marketing tools and materials.
- Meet deadlines and complete administrative duties promptly.
- Conduct business with integrity, ensuring compliance with all quality, regulatory, and company policies.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management.
- College degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Extensive experience with relevant products and markets.
- Demonstrated deep product knowledge and market understanding.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong strategic business skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Experience leading organizational change.
- Ability to model company standards and drive achievement through positive behaviors.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Ability to travel domestically and weekends as needed, up to 50%.
- Work under general office conditions.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Sign non-competition and confidentiality agreements.
- Comply with all company policies, including the Cook Employee Manual, Code of Conduct, Electronic Information Policy, HIPAA, and others.
