The Player Services Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Player Services Manager in the management and marketing of the player card program, as well as supervising Player Service Representatives.
Full-Time

BASIC FUNCTION: The Player Services Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Player Services Manager in the management and marketing of the player card program, as well as supervising Player Service Representatives. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED), college degree preferred.

Must have one to three years related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Must have prior supervisory experience.

Must be highly organized with strong attention for detail.

Must work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening.

Must possess excellent communication skills.

Must have ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.

Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assists in the management and marketing of the player card program.

Assists in evaluating the staff’s work performance and implements personnel actions including hiring, disciplinary, training and performance evaluations.

Assists in determining training needs for staff and provides instruction where needed.

Completes marketing and guest services reports and uses the data to make improvements as needed.

Coordinates with Marketing on staffing needs for special events on casino floor.

Ensures staff goals are met on a daily basis.

Performs other duties capable of being performed as reasonably requested by Management.
