BASIC FUNCTION: The Driver will provide courteous, safe and reliable transportation to resort guests at the direction of the resort management and ensures arrival and departure times are being met.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).

 Must be at least 18 years of age.

 Must have an acceptable driving record by company standards and be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of a valid Indiana For-Hire endorsement or CDL with Passenger endorsement.

 Previous driving experience.

 Ability to read maps.

 Knowledge of emergency procedures of the road.

 Ability to drive in diverse road conditions.

 Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

 Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.

 Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

 Employment is contingent upon a favorable background investigation and drug screen.

 Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to work in the Casino in a non-sensitive area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for safely driving guests to their destinations.

2. Assists guests with luggage, parcels and inquiries.

3. Effectively communicates with dispatch to ensure timely pickup of guests.

4. Must be conversational with guests, remembering that the Driver will create a lasting impression for the guests.

5. Maintains cleanliness of property vehicles and reports any maintenance needed to the Livery Supervisor every day.

6. Performs scheduled maintenance checks and keeps mileage logs.

7. Fuels vehicle after each time used.

8. Must maintain good driving record and report any violations to Livery Supervisor within four days.

9. Attends all necessary meetings.

10. Performs other related reasonable duties capable of being performed as requested by Management.
