Coach and support trainers, team leaders, and subject‑matter experts on effective adult‑learning practices and consistent delivery of standardized content.
Identify skills gaps using input from operations, quality data, IE studies, and grievance/discipline trends; recommend and implement targeted training interventions.
Coordinate with other GM sites and corporate training functions to leverage best practices, standard curricula, and GM‑wide training tools.
Ensure all training activities uphold GM’s commitments to safety, inclusion, and respect, and support a culture where employees feel valued and supported.
