- Complete basic order processing functions of commercial, GSA and state contract orders
- Consistently follow up on orders to the point of release to production
- Communicate with various departments and vendors as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the department
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
