All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.

Assembly Floater must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:

• Ability to use computer and scanner
• Lift up to 50 lbs maximum and up to 20 lbs regularly; Anything over 50 will require assistance
• Learn various assembly positions (assembly, packing, off-line pack, material handling)
• Cross train employees
• Have attention to detail
• Reworks and rejects as needed
• All other duties as assigned
