All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.

Accountabilities

• Determine material requirements based on load card information
• Setting up the machine based on material requirements
• Be a part of and maintain a team environment
• Communicate machine and/or workflow issues throughout each day
• Consistently demonstrate the 5 Traits of Success: Teamwork, Integrity, Hard Work, Confidence, and Passion.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion.
