• Provide daily leadership and supervision to hourly production employees in order to meet all goals
• Responsible for seating assembly and finish departments
• Perform monthly inventories of finish supplies, stains, lacquers, catalyst and assembly parts
• Maintain accurate records for finish compliance
• Must have experience in finish and assembly (color matching, spraying and general assembly)
• Must be able to troubleshoot finish issues
• Maintain and promote a safe and clean work environment
• Create and maintain a work environment that promotes employee engagement and continuous improvement
• Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to standard work
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Promote effective employee relations by providing coaching, training, development opportunities, and by appropriately addressing/resolving issues
• Perform other duties as may be assigned at manager’s discretion
