· Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

· Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and or maintenance coordinator on upcoming work orders and parts needed for a project

· Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies

· Issue parts to maintenance technicians and track usage accurately

· Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and materials

· Ensure critical spare parts are stocked to support preventive and corrective maintenance

· Create and process/close purchase orders and follow up on purchases

· Ability to use maintenance software

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Consistently demonstrate the 5 Traits of Success: Passion, Integrity, Teamwork, Confidence, and Hard Work.

· Perform other duties as may be assigned at manager’s discretion
