Multiple post-doctoral positions are available in the Trapped Ion Quantum Information group at Indiana University, to begin as early as July 1, 2025. Topics include the experimental quantum simulation of chemical and condensed-matter systems using 1D and 2D ion arrays, and the development and optimization of quantum algorithms for hybrid quantum simulators. Applicants should have a PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
