Job Summary
The Research Associate will support the operational, administrative, and organizational needs of three jointly managed research laboratories. This role is centered on coordination—ensuring that scheduling, communication, logistics, and resource management are aligned across labs.

The position is ideal for a candidate who excels in managing complex systems, tracking multiple workflows, and supporting a dynamic research environment through strong organizational practices.

Working Conditions / Demands
This position operates in a combined laboratory and office environment. Part-time remote options could be possible with certain hiring restrictions. The role requires coordination across multiple lab spaces and interaction with faculty, staff, and students.

This position is focused on operational coordination rather than independent research. The Research Associate will play a central role in maintaining organization, communication, and efficiency across three collaborating laboratories.

Timing and Compensation: Review of applicants will begin soon and continue until the position is filled. Ideal start date is July 1, 2026, but there is flexibility on this point. The initial appointment is for 1 year, and reappointment for up to 2 years is contingent upon satisfactory performance. Salary is commensurate with experience and starting at $50,000.
