| Position Summary | Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington is seeking outstanding entry-level and lateral tenured/tenure-track applicants to meet needs in a variety of curricular areas caused by planned retirements and University support for expanding the faculty. Curricular needs include AI Law, Business Associations, Contracts, Corporate Finance, Cybersecurity Law, Employment Law, Environmental Law, Financial Regulation, Intellectual Property, International Law, International Business Transactions, Law & Technology, Land Use, Property, National Security Law, Real Estate Law, Secured Transactions, and Trusts & Estates. | Basic Qualifications | Minimum Qualifications include a distinguished academic background and either great promise (for entry-levels) or a record of excellence (for laterals) in both scholarship and teaching, as well as a J.D., Ph.D., or comparable degree. |
