- Supports the day-to-day operations of the Master of Science in Healthcare Management (MSHM) program, including coordinating activities, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining program documentation.
- Coordinate practicum partnerships and student placements by maintaining relationships with employer partners, preceptors, and practicum organizations.
- Manages alumni and career outcomes data, including employment tracking, reporting, and alumni engagement activities.
- Support Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management (CAHME) accreditation, assessment, and continuous quality improvement initiatives through data collection, reporting, and documentation management.
- Develops and implements AI-enabled administrative solutions to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual processes.
- Maintains program data and prepare dashboards, reports, and analyses to support program leadership and decision-making.

EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Preferred
- Master's degree in relevant field
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
- 2 years of professional experience in program administration, operations, project coordination, higher education, business operations, or a related field.
SKILLS
Required
- Aptitude for organizing multiple and competing responsibilities and deadlines with detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written platforms.
- Capability for developing and maintaining working relationships with partners.
- Adept in managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other business or educational software platforms.
- Competent with analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, support decision-making, problem solving and developing reports.
Preferred
- Ability to design and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Aptitude for developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools.
- Adept at managing CRM, student information, and database systems.
- Capable of applying AI tools, workflow automation, and prompt engineering to solve administrative challenges.
- Capacity for building and utilizing AI agents, chatbots, and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
- Proficient in evaluating and implementing technology solutions that improve efficiency and delivery.
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
