| Position Summary | The Indiana University Bloomington Department of Philosophy (https://philosophy.indiana.edu) invites applications for an Oscar R. Ewing Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor position, tenured or tenure-track, to begin in August 2027. AOS: open. AOC: open. We seek to appoint a distinguished philosopher who is also an excellent teacher at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Advanced Assistant, Associate, and Full Professors will be given special consideration. Applications must be submitted online at http://indiana.peopleadmin.com, and should include a cover letter; CV; research and teaching statements; and a writing sample. Assistant Professors should submit three letters of reference; Associate and Full Professors need only submit contact information for letters of reference.
