Epic End User Device Team Lead
Bloomington, Indiana – Supporting the South Region
This position will be based at our Bloomington offices (2651 E Discovery Pkwy Bloomington IN 47408) with travel to other sites in the South region. May occasionally travel outside the South region. Approx. 75% on site (clinical facilities) and 25% remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing end user devices as part of the larger Epic implementation.
- Plans, conducts, and supervises assignments. Works on complex, hardware, software, and application problems.
- Installs new hardware and maintains existing hardware. Reviews staff and project progress with manager and provides regular status reports to management.
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Experience with IT deployment projects in healthcare setting
- Experience leading small teams of contract resources in healthcare setting
- Experience supporting end user IT equipment in healthcare setting
- Formal or informal project management experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Requires regular travel to IU Health facilities within assigned region.
