IU Health is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who is committed to driving exceptional patient care. This important position will support our Bloomington East Urgent Care Facility. You will collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to lead a dedicated team of support staff in a busy environment that serves approximately 100 patients daily.
Position Overview:
- Employment Type: Full-time, fully onsite
- Shift Schedule: Flexible hours with options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, weekend rotation based on staffing requirements
- Operating Hours: Open 7 days a week, totaling 80 hours per week.

Qualifications:
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN).
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Two years experience preferred. Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
- Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
- Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
