Clinical Research Coordinator

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Clinical Research Management team in the role of Clinical Research Coordinator.

The Clinical Research Coordinator coordinates and provides overall project management support for the planning, initiation, monitoring, reporting, and completion of clinical research activities. You will assist with the data management of clinical research programs and projects. You will ensure industry quality standards for clinical activities are met and promotes continuous quality improvement. The Clinical Research Coordinator assures compliance with protocols and conducts activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required or equivalent experience.

  • Requires ability to obtain and apply knowledge of research operations.

  • Requires ability to obtain and apply knowledge of the organization policies and procedures.

  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications.

  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant research data management experience. 3-5 years preferred.

  • May require relevant certification specified by department leadership within 2 years of hire date.
