Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift (Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/week)

Location: Bloomington Hospital

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures effective operations of the department by coordinating schedules, providing accurate reports and correspondence, inputting database information and filing, and maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Answers routine inquiries received from visitors and refers others as appropriate.
  • Monitors supply inventories and completes and forwards purchase orders to replenish supply levels.
  • Assists manager or equivalent with budgets and objectives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; health care setting a plus.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
