We are adding a Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist to the JASPER team! This specialist will work onsite and be responsible for creating and distributing dynamic design and content for recruitment marketing efforts, including social media, career web page, print and digital marketing, photography, and videography.
Collaboration, organization, and creativity are key characteristics we are seeking to help us maintain and create the best recruitment strategies. This role will play a crucial part in implementing and managing our company’s online presence to drive applicant engagement and recruitment efforts.
What you will do:
- Create content to promote JASPER’s unique culture and career opportunities.
- Collaborate with People Services and Marketing team members to ensure content aligns with recruitment strategies and overall corporate image.
- Develop and distribute engaging content across various digital outlets, including social media, website, podcast, YouTube and email.
- Oversee content on branded social media accounts.
- Research and suggest new trends and outlets to advertise and display our branded hiring content.
- Assist with updating JASPER’s online careers page, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
- Help manage a content calendar to ensure regular online activity and engagement.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns as requested, including the creation, scheduling and analysis of ad performance.
- Report on KPIs for social media hiring ads and website analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with other various graphic design/marketing projects with the Marketing team.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, publications, visual communication design.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media communications.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools and best practices.
- Experience with website content management.
- Exceptional project management, organizational and communication skills.
- Approachable, respectful, open, easygoing, ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working as a liaison between shared teams.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn).
- Familiar with website analytical tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web design.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
