- Apply statistical methods to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Design and build modern dashboards to visualize parts testing data.
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to understand data needs and translate them into intuitive visual formats.
- Modernize existing visualization tools and workflows for improved clarity and usability.
- Use tools like Tableau and/or Power BI to create interactive, insightful dashboards.
- Perform trend analysis to identify patterns and support predictive insights.
- Apply data analytics techniques to support program goals and reporting.
- Provide data governance and modernization strategies to DOD customers
- Develop strategies to incorporate AI/ML technologies into DOD programs
🧠What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline)
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on data visualizations.
- An active DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of dashboard design principles and user experience.
- Familiarity with trend analysis and statistical interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
