💼As a Data Analyst with JRC, you will...

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Apply statistical methods to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
• Design and build modern dashboards to visualize parts testing data.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to understand data needs and translate them into intuitive visual formats.
• Modernize existing visualization tools and workflows for improved clarity and usability.
• Use tools like Tableau and/or Power BI to create interactive, insightful dashboards.
• Perform trend analysis to identify patterns and support predictive insights.
• Apply data analytics techniques to support program goals and reporting.
• Provide data governance and modernization strategies to DOD customers
• Develop strategies to incorporate AI/ML technologies into DOD programs

🧠What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline)
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on data visualizations.
• An active DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of dashboard design principles and user experience.
• Familiarity with trend analysis and statistical interpretation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a technical environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
