The Unit Manager – Metal Fabrication at Jasper Group’s Orleans location is directly accountable for all daily operations within the metal fabrication unit. With no supervisor layer, this hands-on leadership role provides direct oversight to operators and support staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production. The Unit Manager also partners with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments to drive continuous improvement and meet key performance goals.
