Senior Director of Sales

JSI is growing and we’re looking for a senior sales leader to take ownership of an assigned network of rep groups and help shape what comes next.

We’re a design-driven contract furniture manufacturer growing through strong rep partnerships, customer focus, and a belief that your best work happens when you love what you do.

• Lead and grow sales across a defined network of territories

• Strengthen and support our rep groups

• Partner closely with key clients and internal teams to deliver solutions

• Drive strategy for sales growth while staying connected to the field

• Be a visible, trusted leader (not a spreadsheet or CRM manager)
