Execute on-site repair and touch-up work to restore product quality and meet customer expectations.
Represent the company professionally in front of customers, including designers, installers, dealers, and sales representatives.
Document field issues through photos and detailed recap reports to support internal quality feedback loops.
Ensure all tools, materials, and touch-up equipment are prepared and maintained for field work.
Travel to customer job sites (drive or fly), up to 75%.
Success in Role:
- Repairs are completed correctly the first time with minimal rework
- Customer satisfaction is maintained or improved following field visits
- Field issues are clearly documented and communicated back to internal teams
- Feedback from field work contributes to reducing repeat quality issues
