Identity and Access Operations Manager
The Identity and Access Operations Manager is responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to the Identity and Access Management Team in administration, management, and support for all aspects of identity technologies for Kimball. To be successful, the candidate must possess a positive attitude, excellent English communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in order to effectively transform business needs into technical solutions. Applicants must have strong English speaking skills and need to possess a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in IT related field and/or 3+ years of practical work experience and applicable technical training/certifications.
Key Performance Objectives:
Short Term (0-6 months):
- Learn KEI Guiding Principles, philosophies, and cultural attributes
- Develop technical relationships with key IT contacts
- Build and maintain business relationships with Business Unit contacts
- Familiarization with current KEI network environment and processes
- Jumpstart and acclimate into ongoing Identity and Access Operations project work
- Acclimate to KEI IT processes, monitoring, and systems
- Immediate involvement in global Identity and Access Management strategy and execution
- Support business operations and initiatives as needed
- Gain familiarity with IT standards and security practices, maintaining and providing feedback for necessary changes
- Evaluate solutions for enterprise password vaulting and management
- Understand existing IAM processes, evaluating gaps and opportunities
- Participate in council meetings, actively engaging to offer expertise and opinions
Mid to Long Term (6+ months):
- Support projects related to IAM operations
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate existing KEI processes and systems
- Lead projects for Identity and Access Operations team
- Expand existing documentation of processes
- Identity additional projects and goals aligned to Identity and Access Operations team
- Identify industry trends that KEI could leverage
- Support and implement processes and solutions with a goal of building a Continuous Improvement environment
- Expanded familiarity with Kimball environment and opportunities for improvement to align with business needs
Preferred candidates will have considerable experience and qualifications with the following:
- Active Directory and Entra ID including SAML SSO
- Azure Conditional Access and Multifactor Authentication
- Cybersecurity best practices
- ISO27001, TISAX, and other industry standards
- People leadership and mentoring
- Workday and SAP identity integrations
- Automation of processes

The typical pay range for this role is: $90,000 - $120,000
the actual wages offered will vary based on multiple factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
