We are a joint venture between Kratos Defense and Security Solutions and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. Kratos provides U.S. industrial credibility and speed; Rafael transfers decades of combat-proven designs, manufacturing IP, and technical training to ensure field-ready products from day one.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of our facility operations. This role will report to the Director of Operations and is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our employees and visitors. The Facilities Manager will manage maintenance, cleaning staff, , vendor relations, space planning, and sustainability initiatives while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Description
Facility Construction and Equipment Installation
- End-to-End Build-Out of a new facility design and construction, ensuring the successful delivery of structural modifications, space layouts, utility routing, etc.
- Orchestrate Equipment Installations: Direct the placement, installation, utility connection, and start up for heavy industrial machinery, coordinating with OEM technicians to ensure full compliance with manufacturer specifications and strict safety codes.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facility systems.
- Coordinate repairs and renovations, managing projects from conception to execution.
- Manage and schedule cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols.
- Assess and optimize facility space usage based on organizational needs and growth.
- Develop and implement office layouts and configurations to improve workflow and employee productivity.
- Develop systems for asset management that support lifecycle tracking and cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain an inventory of all facility assets, including furniture, equipment, and machinery.
- Maintain inventory and tracking of all government and customer furnished assets including tooling, equipment, and instrumentation
- Track the condition and performance of assets, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, operations management, or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in accordance with government and company requirements.
- U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
