Job Description
Leidos is looking for an entry level Associate Contracts Representative to support the Aerospace Business Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all contract administration reporting activities, assist with tracking pre-award and post-award activities, support implementation of process and procedures, review contractual documents, small business plans, small business subcontracting reporting activities for post award contract vehicles including Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, and Multiple Award Contract (MAC) contracts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop as a Contracts Administrator.
Primary Responsibilities
Support contracts management contract reporting activities managed by Aerospace Business Area Contracts
Contract payment administration and validation with supervision
Proposal support and administration of contracts with supervision
Assist in tracking and submitting contract deliverables (CDRLs)
Contract data review and analysis for contractual compliance requirements
Monitor government databases, mailboxes and distribute government opportunities
Respond to inquiries utilizing approved templates and guidance
Conduct periodic contract data reviews using the approved checklist to ensure compliance with contract set-up and adherence to the master agreement terms and conditions
Provide contract support for pre-award and post-award contract reporting activities
Assist in updating SharePoint site and internal portal as required
Update and standardize weekly PowerPoint slides
Performs other related duties as required
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree – business, finance, accounting, operations or equivalent
0+ relevant years of experience or equivalent using Cost Point, Power BI, data analysis
Ability to adapt to changing work assignments and shifting priorities
Proficiency in Excel is preferred
Excellent communication and writing skills
Self-starter, multi-task ability and able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and assignments under supervision
Desire to learn about government contracting and IDIQs
Preferred Qualifications
Power BI or Cost Point experience is a plus

Pay Range:
Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
