most critical networks. We’re seeking an experienced Installation and Migration Manager to lead a team of
engineering professionals on the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program—a cornerstone initiative
transforming the Army’s enterprise network infrastructure worldwide.
In this role, you will organize, direct, and manage all aspects of installation and migration engineering, enabling
global network readiness and mission success. You will report to the Engineering Manager and lead a distributed
team of engineers supporting site installations, remote configuration, testing, and migration activities across the
Army’s enterprise.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active DoD Secret Clearance (required at time of hire)
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and manage all installation and migration engineering activities across Army enterprise sites under the AGUN program
Partner with Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to allocate and balance resources across concurrent engineering, installation, and migration tasks
Direct the delivery of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) training to Army customers as part of contractual deliverables
Identify, track, and mitigate technical and schedule risks, escalating issues as appropriate to senior program leadership.
Coordinate with the Program Operations Manager and TPMs to ensure milestones are achieved in alignment with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Serve as the hiring manager for the installation and migration team, overseeing recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
Identify and manage subcontractor support requirements, ensuring performance meets program standards
Provide mentorship and leadership to engineering professionals, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture
Drive continuous improvement of installation and migration processes through lessons learned, playbooks, and data-driven efficiencies

Basic Qualifications
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance. Must have 2+ years JAVA experience.
Active DoD Secret Clearance (required at time of hire)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or a related technical discipline and 8+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Demonstrated experience leading teams responsible for large-scale DoD or Army enterprise network installations or migrations
Familiarity with Army Enterprise IT environments, including NETCOM, DISA, or theater network operations
Proven ability to manage cross-functional engineering efforts within a schedule-driven environment
Strong knowledge of network engineering, configuration management, and change control practices
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Army network modernization programs such as JRSS, NGC2, or AGUN.
Understanding of ITIL, PMBOK, or Lean Six Sigma principles.
Previous experience within a large systems integrator

Pay Range:
