The End User & Collaboration Services Team at Leidos currently has an opening for an Email Operations Intern. In this role, you will assist our Email Operations Administrators with the daily support and administration of our Exchange Online M365 GCC-High cloud environment, as well as supporting Teams in the cloud, with a focus on maintaining SLO/SLA operational support and coordinating with our Unified Communications Engineering Staff to support our Leidos employees worldwide.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review system logs and dashboards proactively to help identify/troubleshoot issues
- Familiarize yourself with Splunk and assist team with improving/optimizing team dashboards
- Assist Email Operations Administrators with operational patching procedures
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement regarding Email Operations support and best practices
- Review Email Operations documentation and assist with updates, as needed
- Assist with development of PowerShell scripts that improve efficiency through automation
- Generate Summaries/Reports and assist with Email and Teams related trouble ticket resolution
- Assist team members with various projects and tasks on an as-needed basis
Basic Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- US citizenship required
- Coursework or technical certification related to Information Technology
- Strong interest in or exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange and/or Microsoft Teams
- Strong soft skills in organization, communications and teamwork
- Interest in supporting IT Service Delivery in a large-scale Enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with US Government IT Security principles such as NIST, CUI CDI, ITAR, FedRamp, GCC-High:
- Some understanding/knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with Outlook/Teams client functionality and usage

Pay Range:
