What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving safely and efficiently, delivering materials to customers across Indiana.
- Loading and unloading materials carefully, ensuring everything is properly secured for transit.
- Providing exceptional customer service as you communicate delivery updates and address inquiries.
- Maintaining logs and records – document mileage, delivery activities, and any issues for smooth operations.
- Routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to keep your delivery vehicle in top condition.
- Collaboration – working with dispatch and customers to optimize delivery routes and ensure on-time arrivals.
- Problem-solving – handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintaining your vehicle – keeping it clean, safe, and ready to roll every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: Previous delivery driver experience is a plus!
- Skills:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is a must.
- Class A CDL is preferred, but not required.
- GPS Familiarity – know how to navigate to get the job done!
- Basic Mechanical Skills – keep your vehicle in top shape with routine checks.
- Physical Ability – able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.).
- Strong Organizational Skills – keep deliveries on track and routes efficient.
- Great Communication – work well with dispatch, customers, and your team.
