Description & Requirements
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Resource Management Specialist to join our vehicle sustainment team. This position is Remote.
The selected candidate will provide support to multiple families of U.S. Air Force War Reserve Materiel (WRM) and Rapid Airfield Damage Recovery (RADR) vehicles and equipment postured within the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) area of operations on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Travel up to 25% to various worksites globally, directed by PM for mission support, vendor or landlord visits, leadership training, and team stability & expansion in the Pacific.
Independently perform functional duties within a small support team, engage in daily virtual meetings, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including management, colleagues, vendors, and life support providers.
Plan, direct, or coordinate administrative services for specific TAs, such as records management, travel planning, deployment operations, project reports, and program office support.
Disseminate finished reports to clients on behalf of the Theatre Manager, and manage client inquiries.
Manage data entry, expense reporting, personnel tracking, medical scheduling, travel arrangements, CRC scheduling, visa processing, and issuance of LOAs and CACs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience.
Proficient in providing administrative support and coordination for contracts, projects, or specific tasks.
Skilled in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents; implementing and maintaining office systems; organizing schedules and calendars; handling incoming mail and other materials; setting up and maintaining file systems; collating information; and managing databases.
Experienced in operating office equipment and managing office space effectively.
Competent in storing, maintaining, researching, and retrieving both paper and electronic records kept by the organization.
Proficient with office productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting software, communications, and document preparation.
Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; possession of a valid Driver’s License for the work location, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
The projected compensation range for this position is $51,400.00-$86,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
