MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide Test activity durations and Contractor Test personnel allocation estimates for IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) planning.
Provide Test Execution Risk Options and Test Execution status updates.
Provide input into the Strategy for Test and Evaluation.
Perform all test duties and participation as part of the overarching SE (Systems Engineering) process.
Create and maintain manual, automated, and performance test scripts.
Execute tests and re-test (as required).
Support unit, regression, HR, and payroll testing for functional and non-functional changes.
Support regression testing following significant software and/or system patching.
Validate code migrations to approved Government-managed test environments.
Perform non-functional requirements (NFR) performance evaluation testing (PET, load, and stress).
Generate Test documentation for all DT&E testing activities, phases, and segments.
Facilitate Deficiency Reporting (e.g., Problem Reports (PRs) and Defects) through a Deficiency Review (Triage) Board process.
Ensure all test scripts and test execution results are stored in Government approved tools management system(s).
Support the migration of existing automated test scripts to new tools, as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
5+ years of relevant experience
Full-Stack Manual and Test Automation expertise
Familiarity with DODI 5000.89 (Test and Evaluation) and DAFI 99-103 (Capabilities-Based Test and Evaluation)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane and Unified Functional Testing (UFT)
Familiarity with UIPath
Required Clearances and Screenings
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The projected compensation range for this position is $87,400.00-$145,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
