MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior OneStream Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position.
At MANTECH, we are re-engineering the financial backbone of the U.S. Government. We provide highly configured, mission-critical Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) solutions.
As a Senior OneStream Consultant, you will serve as a Solution Architect and Practice Leader. You will move beyond single-project delivery to oversee the architectural integrity of multiple engagements. You are the "expert’s expert” guiding the firm’s technical strategy, leading high stakes solutioning workshops with prospective clients, and mentoring the next generation of OneStream talent. You will drive innovation by defining best practices for data strategy, security, and application design across the practice.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design scalable, multi-cube architectures and extensibility strategies that serve as the blueprint for complex government implementations; oversee the technical quality assurance across multiple active projects to ensure optimal "Data Unit" design.
Own internal Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives; organize study groups, lead "Level Up" technical sessions, and serve as a dedicated mentor to Senior and Staff consultants on advanced optimization techniques.
Lead technical solutioning sessions and demonstrations for prospective clients; build rapid prototypes (Dashboards, Workflows) to demonstrate proof-of-concept capabilities and support RFI/RFP technical responses.
Serve as the final escalation point for the most complex technical challenges (e.g., performance tuning, complex business rule optimization, custom Marketplace integrations) across the division.
Define practice-wide standards for data integration, validation, and transformation; design reusable artifacts for Data Management and "Custom Tables" to accelerate delivery.
Design comprehensive security models and auditing frameworks; produce security architecture diagrams and automate audit reviews (e.g., inactivity reports) to ensure rigorous government compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in software development, financial systems implementation, or systems architecture.
5+ years of dedicated OneStream implementation experience, including multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
Mastery of VB.NET or C# and SQL.
Deep expertise in OneStream Database Architecture, API integration, and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) (Required/Highly Preferred) and additional specialist certifications.
Deep understanding of the federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process or complex financial consolidation/planning in the government sector.
Experience leading technical responses for government proposals and navigating
ATO/Security compliance (FedRAMP).
CompTIA Security+ certification.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
