MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Analyst. This position will be Remote with up to 30% travel.

The Senior Business Analyst will support transformation initiatives within a major OEM Digital Transformation program. This position is vital to bridging business operations and technical delivery, ensuring that emerging systems and processes align with strategic goals across manufacturing, learning, and supply chain functions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing current business processes and collecting functional and operational information to support requirements definition
  • Conducting semi-structured interviews with Program Management, Technical Leadership, and subject matter experts to capture user needs and workflow insights
  • Identifying key stakeholders, decision-makers, and champions, and synthesizing findings into a Stakeholder Matrix and Problem Statement Canvas
  • Performing permissioned operational observations to map current-state workflows and validate system interactions
  • Reviewing foundational documentation including strategic plans, SOPs, charters, and governance records to support event preparation
  • Supporting requirements and process engineering activities by mapping and aligning business processes with system capabilities to optimize user proficiency and data integrity
  • Creating use cases, user stories, and functional specifications for stakeholder approval and engineering execution
  • Coordinating ongoing programmatic activities, including official forums such as PMRs and technical interchanges
  • Hosting virtual or hybrid stakeholder meetings and tracking program action items through to closure
  • Performing technical editing, formatting, and rewriting of all deliverables—including diagrams and engineering artifacts—to meet professional standards and contractual (CDRL) requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or operations research supporting IT or transformation programs
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to conduct qualitative interviews, synthesize operational data, and develop actionable insights
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Google NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar Generative AI platforms for data aggregation and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience supporting digital transformation efforts in regulated or complex operational environments
  • Familiarity with government contract deliverables and document compliance standards

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00-$148,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
