MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Clerk to join our team. This is a fully remote position.

The selected candidate will provide accounting and administrative support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance requirements across multiple projects are met consistently and at various frequencies.
  • Help maintain the accuracy and effectiveness of the program's Quality Management System.
  • Ensure program deliverables are accurately documented, tracked, and submitted on time.
  • Prepare deliverables and associated status reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms for program management and operational activities, including logistics, inspections, and maintenance.
  • Assist in tracking program non-conformances and develop corrective/preventive action reports. Audit internal policies/procedures and recommend changes to improve processes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess internal controls and drive process improvements.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders and manage teams or projects.
  • Supports the lifecycle of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational forms by performing updates and reviews; ensures all documentation follows proper grammar, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and a commitment to error-free outputs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Software (Word™, Excel™, Outlook™, PowerPoint™) to create and analyze reports, documents and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with applicable rules, guidelines, and standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thoroughly review and analyze task order outputs (e.g., deliverables, processes, etc.) to confirm accuracy and adherence to established compliance requirements.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.

The projected compensation range for this position is $47,900.00-$79,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
