OneStream Solution Architect

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented OneStream Solutions Architect to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and delivery of technical solutions for OneStream and other market-leading CPM platforms.

• Sizing & Scoping: Lead the scoping and sizing of OneStream server, application, and database installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Financial Close & Consolidation: Design and implement automated solutions for the Financial Close process, including intercompany eliminations, equity pick-up, and multi-currency reporting.

• MarketPlace & Enhancements: Deploy and configure OneStream MarketPlace solutions to extend platform functionality; lead technical enhancements for complex Formulation and Execution reporting tasks.

• Data Integration & Strategy: Oversee complex data integration workflows, including specialized integrations with FSMS, DHS OneNumber, and PAL Data.

• Data Governance: Assist with data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, data quality dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mapping.

• System Optimization: Install, configure, analyze, tune, and optimize OneStream solutions on cloud and client infrastructure to meet specific customer requirements.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

• 8+ years experience in systems design, infrastructure, tuning, cloud, development, and deployment.

• 3+ years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream and 3+ years of SQL experience.

• Proven experience with OFC-related work and implementing MarketPlace solutions.

• 2+ years of specific OneStream XF installation, configuration, and optimization experience.

• Experience with OneStream business rules, .NET, VBA, and/or SQL.

• Ability to identify project risks, provide mitigation options, and escalate to management for resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

• Experience: Prior experience with ManTech projects and professional services/consulting firms.

• Experience with VB.NET, SQL Server/Oracle databases, and setting up Single Sign-On for applications.

• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect.

• CompTIA Security Plus certification

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Must be and be willing and able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Physical Requirement:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

• Constantly operates a computer and frequently communicates, converses, and exchanges accurate information with peers, management, and customers.

• Must be able to occasionally move about inside an office to access machinery or file cabinets
