Working in an agile environment, applying agile practices, and actively participating in daily stand-ups and scrum activities to foster collaborative and efficient project management
Continually expanding your knowledge of OneStream through comprehensive training, financial processes, and industry best practices, to stay abreast of the latest trends and enhance your professional growth
Interviewing, hiring, developing, and training other OneStream consultants to advance their skill sets and capabilities enabling career advancement
Contributing to solution design and development of “products” that are positioned to clients to meet their requirements and presenting these solutions both internally and externally
Identifying, developing, and supporting opportunities for new contracts/clients and on contract growth at existing clients including participation in providing technical content, past performances, and level of effort estimates for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
Experience leading with a Consulting Mindset: listening carefully to what others need (client and team members) and being willing and ready to respond to those needs to the best of your ability; looking beyond the “easy” answer working collaboratively to bring the best Mantech has to offer to exceed others’ expectations.
